The ultimate goal of Operation Progress is to create hope, opportunity and success for the city’s most disadvantaged kids. Our one-of-a-kind program has grown into an ecosystem of opportunity guiding students from elementary school through college graduation.

The Sheriff’s Youth Foundation create a second home for youth and families in disadvantaged communities to feel safe, to blossom, and to be inspired.

The Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation supports the LAFD in protecting life, property, and the environment by providing essential equipment, training, and public outreach programs to supplement city resources.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department Foundation supports the LACOFD in protecting life, property, and the environment by providing essential equipment, training, and public outreach programs to supplement city resources.

10K WITH A COP

If you're in law enforcement, love running and are moved to give back to the community, there's no better way to do so than taking part in our partner program, 10K WITH A COP.  

In our program, law enforcement officers partner with youth in at risk neighborhoods and communities with the ultimate goal to compete together in a 10K race in their city. 

Our mission is to build a relationship between law enforcement and the community, teach the importance of goal setting and self discipline, and increase health and wellness through physical activity.
